Dear Valued Customer:

El Salvador Officials have announced and implemented a new tax law on cargo moving to and from El Salvador.

As a result, we must now place a tax fee of 5.5% on the total bill of lading for cargo moving collect to El Salvador and cargo moving pre-paid from El Salvador. The charge will also apply to demurrage and detention charges.

 This tax fee will apply to contract and tariff pricing and will become effective on March 16, 2010.
